Ok one idea I had was to always be the one to take him to mom. You know get him out of the crib wake him up alittle so he can see me. Then when he was done lay him on my chest before putting him back to bed. This way he knows it is not only mom caring for him. This should help alot when mom goes back to work and all he gets is dad.
